I'm a mom, entrepreneur, community builder, naturopathic doctor and women's health advocate.


I'm on a mission to help women sleep better at night so they can do what sets their soul on fire during the day!

Too many women suffer in sleeplessness at night and exhaustion during the day.

My story might sound a lot like yours - when I became a new mom, I struggled.


I struggled under the pressure of sleep deprivation and demanding days.


I was taking care of everyone and everything else, except me. I cut my sleep short to do allll the things but never felt like I was actually accomplishing that much.


I couldn't keep up. If you asked others, it looked like I had it all together - but I was burning out.


I was riding a mood-swing roller coaster, had no energy during the day, couldn't shut off my brain at night and didn't recognize my own body.


Then, I decided it was time to focus on me.


I realized I couldn't take care of others unless I was taking care of myself.


I did everything I could to fix my broken sleep and that's when everything changed. 



I know what it’s like to be choosing between family, work, your dreams or a good night's sleep.

As a naturopathic doctor, I'm on a mission to help women achieve their highest potential by fixing their broken sleep and harnessing the power of their hormones. 


I know that life will pull you in a million directions, unless you choose exactly where you’re going and are determined to get there.


I’ve combined my years of training and practice as a naturopathic doctor with extensive knowledge in the science of sleep after struggling with my own insomnia.


After treating thousands of women, I’ve developed a unique

methodology that bridges the gap between sleep struggles,

hormone imbalances and mindset. The result and power of

consistent deep sleep is the best possible version of you.

“Life hit me a number of curveballs when I became a new mom, some expected, and some not so expected... Around 5 months postpartum, when my little one began sleeping somewhat through the night, I wasn't...surprise, surprise! Enter... MOMsomnia. And it hit hard! So I did Dr. Leigha's sleep program and started applying what I learned in order to prioritize my sleep. Slowly but surely my sleep improved! Instead of getting to bed at 11/11:30 pm, and waking up at 2-3 am WIDE awake, that slowly changed to 4 am, then 5 am, and then 5:30 - 6:00 am. Now I can get about 6-7 hours of sleep!


Most doctors are so eager to provide you with medication to "solve" your sleep issues, but not Dr. Leigha! She genuinely cares about you and your well-being. She wants you to heal all aspects of your life in order to help you get the sleep you crave, deserve, and need.
